	El Sueño de las Semillas Reforestation Project, Pastaza, Ecuador Director Founded and managed a reforestation project in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Created annual business plans, set fiscal goals and managed expenditures, coordinated 80+ international volunteers/year, gave public presentations and solicited donations. Led successful land acquisition plan, designed and supervised construction of site infrastructure.
