Course Coordinator, Spring Field Ornithology Coordinated a popular lecture and field-based ornithology course for the general public. Duties include management of publicity, sponsorship, student registrations, supervision of volunteers, budgeting, evaluation and development of online content.

El Sueño de las Semillas Reforestation Project, Pastaza, Ecuador Director Founded and managed a reforestation project in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Created annual business plans, set fiscal goals and managed expenditures, coordinated 80+ international volunteers/year, gave public presentations and solicited donations. Led successful land acquisition plan, designed and supervised construction of site infrastructure. Built capacity over 2 years for the complete transfer of project management to local leaders. 2005-08
